Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. Your Kazinum Card, your M-Pesa proof history, and your Kazinum Score are yours forever at no cost. Pro adds visibility and extra capacity — it is never required to keep your reputation.
Can I start with a daily pass and then go monthly?
Yes. Each M-Pesa payment activates Pro for its duration. You can upgrade at any time — your entitlement extends from when you pay.
Is it free for customers?
Yes. Browsing worker cards and confirming hires costs customers nothing. Kazinum is funded by workers who choose Pro.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only charge on Kazinum is the optional Pro subscription for workers. No transaction fees, no listing fees, no charges for customers.
What is the verified badge?
The badge is a separate one-time trust signal (KSh 100) that goes through an extra identity check and appears permanently on your card. It is not part of the Pro subscription.
